What is the minimum booking duration?

The minimum booking is a half-day block (6 hours). This includes setup and strike time. Full-day (12-hour) and multi-day bookings are available at preferred rates. For shorter needs such as podcast recordings or interviews, ask about our express booking options.

Do you offer discounts for multi-day bookings?

Yes. Multi-day and recurring bookings receive preferred pricing. The longer your commitment, the more competitive the rate. We also offer partnership packages for production companies and content creators who book regularly. Contact our team for a custom multi-day quote.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking receive a full refund. Cancellations 3-7 days out receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 3 days before the booking are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full booking amount. If WePlay Studios must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a full refund or complimentary rescheduling.

Do you provide crew and equipment?

Yes. Stage A is designed for live performances with audience seating. We've hosted events for artists including Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Ye, ASAP Rocky, and many more. The space supports full concert production with professional sound, lighting, LED visuals, and multi-camera coverage for simultaneous broadcast or recording.

Do you support live streaming and broadcast?

Live streaming and broadcast are built into our infrastructure. Our control room features broadcast-grade video switchers, an Evertz SDI router (224x224 12G), SRT encoders/decoders, and Riedel intercom systems. We can stream to any platform (YouTube, Twitch, social media) or deliver clean feeds to broadcast networks via SRT, NDI, or dedicated fiber.
